Few Tips for staying Fit
Greetings to all group members in this amazing community, I really count it a great privilege to be in this amazing family.
My Routine On Getting Fit Health is wealth, Being healthy is a good business. Staying healthy fresh and young requires some personal discipline. To achieve that I have adopted some habits and it has become integral part of me , this has form my daily routine e.g
Eating Habits A balance diet places a very vital part in my overall well being. I focus on consuming a nutritional food like vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fat. I try as much as possible to limit my intake of sugar, milk.
Reduce intake of carbonated Drinks These carbonated drinks is harmful to our health, so i do more water, fresh juice, herbal tea.
Take lots of fruits Fruits are of essential nutrients , vitamins and minerals. I make it as an habits of consuming fruits after meals, either as smoothie.
Exercise I do little of exercise in the morning either 10 minutes before leaving my room, to help me energized and get me prepared for the day activities.
Constant Check up Doing regular check up like intervals of three months. Let's try and get checked up, though most people are scared of the results they might get, but it better to do.
In conclusion By doing these few things i am able to maintain physical , mental health. With these i believe i am fit and healthy. Let's prioritize our health .
